and Fresh Specialty Cocktails

Great food should be accompanied by worthy drinks and for that reason we have compiled a wine/sake list that we believe best compliments our food- we have both, well known quality brands/varietals, as well as more esoteric selections. And of course, our winelist changes with our seasonal menu.

The two most important criteria we look for, while choosing our wines and sakes, is how well they represent the terroir and methods used in the region/origin and also how good of a match they are to our current menu. Trust me, we taste and evaluate a lot of wine and sake…not an entirely unpleasant chore in itself of course, but important non- the-less to ensure you get the best of the best…

Cocktails on our list are seasonal and made only with fresh squeezed juices and natural ingredients- nothing artificial. For example, we make our own fresh margarita mix from lime juice, lime zest and sugar instead of using sour mix from the soda gun and we also infuse our own liquor, like thyme infused vodka, for our yuzu-thyme martini.

Don’t feel like drinking or are not old enough?- We have a selection of non-alcoholic “mocktails” for kids and grown-ups alike…or to put all that in other words- you will not be thirsty, no matter what your preferences!

We guarantee your satisfaction with every dish!

If you are not 100% happy with any of your selections, just say the word and we’ll do our best to find you another dish from our list, or you will not be charged for the item with NO questions asked.
